Gravity Boots in SNAKES PRETENDING TO BE SEATBELTS

GRAVITY BOOTS
‘SNAKES PRETENDING TO BE SEATBELTS’
Directed by Paul Foot (UK)

Last years Talk Fringe Award runners up, Gravity Boots, are a local born comedy group presenting original comedy theatre at it's darkest. Fresh from their Adelaide & Edinburgh Fringe debuts last year, writers & performers, Michael Cleggett & James Lloyd-smith have written a brand new hour of surreal storybook sketches and songs, accompanied by their guitarist, Austin Harrison-Bray. Intelligent writing with that fearless joy you get from young, avant-garde artists who have an abundance of talent, and a fabulously odd sense of humour.

“Kooky... Nonsensical... Funny and entertaining” - Adelaide Advertiser

“Darkly intelligent, beautifully written, wonderfully performed *****
- TalkFringe.com

“A disjointed nonsensical mish-mash of bizarre costumes, random outbursts... weird characters... I found myself crying with laughter the whole way through!”
- Adelaide Tweet

“A surreal oddity” - Chortle, Edinburgh Fringe 2012

Our advice is to come along, relax your grip on the humdrum of everyday life, and immerse yourself in the weird and wonderful world of Gravity Boots!
